Introduction.

If God created the universe of which we are a part, handing us a unique content, there is a reasonable probability that He would have included in it, a significant essence for our benefit.  In order to discover this essence, we must examine and analyze this unique content more wisely than we have done up until now.

In this analysis of the wise & hidden Commandments (Mitzvoth) of the Pentateuch we discover all the truths designed to guide us in a continuous process of perfected spiritual improvement. These truths also display and activate what we may refer to as the "central players" of this process. They contain the life's final and perfected code and signify for us our holiest of holies. It is supremely important that we grant them the attention they deserve. They do not provide us new things, but come to awaken and correctly activate our inner forces.

On the basis of these truths and on the basis of Aristo's ingenious declaration by which "everything in nature has its purpose and each thing moves towards the end for which it appeared"; I have developed a meta principle:
To allow man, as a feature of nature, to progress towards his purpose - the doing of genuine Good, in the form of walking along God's ways: Man was created in His image, given the necessary means, provided with "social and spiritual assistance" and presented with commandments, both explicit and hidden as well as with suitable guidance for their proper observance.

This is no fantasy or Utopia. It is within our means to actualize this. We receive a Godly encouragement from Moses:
"For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven.. Neither is it beyond the sea.. But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it." (Deuteronomy 30, 11-14)

The acceptance of this truth is crucial to the commencement of our spiritual improvement. Everyone can generate good from it. We all win, and none of us lose. In fact, we have no choice. After all, we will not choose a nuclear holocaust over a life filled with happiness, joy and progress.

We live in a world of reality. While some of it is still hidden and incomprehensible, that part of it which is known, is real and acts in accordance with complex logical rules. Every scientific advance is carried out in accordance with this principle. There is therefore a basis for supposing that the complex entity called man, as part of this same world, was, himself created by this same principle. It is therefore also logical to examine our spiritual phenomena in the light of the same principles. Similarly, it is logical to suppose that God's words are part of the same creation and thus follow the same principle.
If we accept this premise, we shall also accept the following logical conclusions, regarding the relationship between us and the Creator.

If we believe the highest intelligence in the universe created us, then it cannot be that the essential purpose of our creation is to walk in the paths of Evil.
Therefore, it is logical to determine that we have been created with all the means required for the doing of Good. Since we are an imperfect creation, having in our nature both good and evil, we need guidance for the doing of genuine Good.

It is logical to determine that the content that God provided us is indeed intended for this very purpose. Since we received our guidance from "Him", it must be the most whole and correct one. It is also logical to determine that this guidance was given in a way we can identify, understand and use correctly. After all, it is hardly conceivable for God to have provided us with guidance that we cannot understand and utilize with the means He gave us. I would go yet further and say that His "Honor" expects of us to investigate and decode his guidance, since only by doing so, can we make the most use of the content he presented us with.

In summary: If God created Man, he must have provided him, in some stage of his development,  a spiritual improvement whose purpose is to solve his most difficult problem, which is the doing of Evil, and in parallel to bring him to do Good.
To my joy, this divine improvement was given, in a hidden form, to the sons of Israel, beginning with the Ten Commandments on mount Sinai and continuing until Moses' demise. To our regret, and for reasons that will be clarified during the course of this book and website, the improvement's true content has not been unveiled to man up to this very day. This represents a significant cause of the dangerous situation in which we are mired.

This book is philosophical and psychological. It is basic, original and practical. Its philosophical side constructs the truths from the Mitzvoth mentioned previously, and displays important philosophical truths from the ancient world in order to complete the picture.
On this basis, the psychological side of this book, constructs a process of continual spiritual improvement both through the correct observance of the "smart" Mitzvoth and by means of recognized psychological tools. This book also presents important content that enables man to improve his spiritual domain making his development more efficient

I
f we follow the route of this improvement's realization, it will deliver us from the dire situation in which we mired, leading to the natural progress God destined for us. In return, life will present us with joy, fulfillment and happiness.

I would like to point out, that the far-reaching conclusions in this book were arrived at through logical thought and examination. The wonder is that my conclusions fit in with each other and are tightly bound to reality. Although the book presents principles based on the words of God - each idea, principle and conclusion was examined and verified on a logical basis, and when possible, on a scientific one. Its level of simplicity is such that any man seeking knowledge will easily comprehend and realize its ideas.
In doing so, the book reveals, verifies and actualizes the essence of God's word.

This book is designed to be experienced; you can acquire knowledge by reading, but in order to experience it, you must use it creatively. At various parts of this book, you will be asked to practice simple exercises. They are designed in such a way so as to provide you with this above-mentioned experience. To derive the most benefit, you must be diligent in your practice.
The book also includes arguments for accepting the truth whose correctness I proved and which is capable of freeing you from many spiritual limitations. Accept it in principle. This is a necessary step. During this practice period, do not reject or criticize the ideas underlying this truth, even if they seem to be strange and unrealistic.

You cannot accept or reject the ideas and principles detailed in this book through intellectual arguments alone. On the other hand, you can prove their truth to yourself by practicing the exercises and examining your results. Do not allow yourself to be disappointed if nothing occurs at first. All I ask is that you suspend your criticism and disappointment until the end of the exercises, thus allowing my ideas a reasonable chance of proving their truths.

The construction of an improved internal self can take a long time, even a lifetime, but already after a relatively short period you may experience a dramatic improvement in yourself.
